Two separated extended staircases leading access to 4 different apartments - with mini balcony near ground level for quick exterior access for smokes just outside the entrance for 1st and 2nd apartment dwellers. These mini balconies are not really balconies, so additional private balconies are presented up top for the 3rd and 4th apartment dwellers. The 3rd and 4th must travel up an additional interior staircases to get to their respective homes on the 2nd level.
