This is one of Montreal's more higher end looking apartment buildings in the lower Village. I'll be honest with you, it's not just Old Montreal, Vieux Montréal that's old, A LOT of Montreal is OLD ... and the buildings look run down and like crap. So I was quite surprised by how beautiful this building was, and it's cute and cozy decorated balconies.
I have walked past this person's balcony in my neighbourhood many a times, and they put a lot of attention to it! They have a new set-up for all 4 seasons. People in Montreal really love to look after their gardens and green spaces.
